Below is the official 2025 World Championships Pre-Race and Race Week Schedule. This and more information can be found in at the link below. Be sure and read the booklets – there are three of them! – and download them so you have everything on hand when needed!
All events take place at Derby Downs unless otherwise noted.
Times, dates and events are subject to change.
Car Delivery
The dates and times listed below are when cars must be dropped off for inspections:
BY CRATE:
June 30, July 1-3 from 4-9 p.m.
– All cars being shipped have to be delivered to 1000 George Washington Blvd., Akron, Ohio 44312
IN PERSON:
July 5-9 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.*
July 10 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
July 11 from 9 a.m. to noon – All cars MUST be in barns by noon
– All cars being dropped off in person should be delivered to 1000 George Washington Blvd., Akron, Ohio 44312
*We are encouraging in-person drop-offs as early as possible, preferably on Sat. July 5 and Sun., July 6.
Please note that all cars must arrive at Derby Downs with only four (4) screws attaching the body to the floorboard. The remaining body mounting screws are to be placed in a baggie and taped to the car’s floorboard.
INSPECTIONS
– Inspections begin July 9
– For Friday’s inspections, all cars must be at Derby Downs by 12 p.m. (noon).
