Bill Speeg
The Bill Speeg Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in 2016, in honor of the late Bill Speeg. Bill Speeg became involved with the Soap Box Derby in 1999 when his daughter Ashley began to race. The Speeg family traveled to races throughout the country where he offered technical support, financial assistance and mentoring to many young racers.
